This brand new Villa features
three ocean front master suites with private Jacuzzis and two beautifully
appointed Garden bedrooms adjacent to the unique bamboo gardens and
waterfalls. One of the Garden bedrooms features two queen beds while the
other bedrooms have kings.
Spectacular ocean and mountain
views abound at Villa Serene. The home features all natural granite, marble
and local canterra stone throughout the nearly 8,000 sq ft of living and
entertaining area decorated by one of the premier designers of the region.

Our prices include preparation
of two meals per day (Monday-Saturday). You pay for the food and our
friendly staff does the shopping and preparation from a menu selection or
from any special requests. Just let our staff know what you want and it will
be there the following morning. Prior to departure, let us know of any food
or beverage requests and they will be there when you arrive.

Master Suites - There are three ocean front master suites with spectacular
panoramic views. Retractable doors open up these rooms to the sky and ocean
and all three enjoy the comfort of king beds and private baths in addition
to Jacuzzis perched on private balconies.
Bamboo Garden Bedrooms - Bamboo
gardens and cascading waterfalls lead guests to these cozy private bedrooms
in the interior of the home, one equipped with a king bed and the other with
two queens, both with private baths.
Dining/Kitchen/Family Room -
The grand staircase leads to this area where the kitchen, dining room,
island bar and family room all blend together to make entertaining easy and
enjoyable. This area seamlessly opens to the huge pool terrace area through
open retractable doors.
Pool Terrace - The pool terrace
features a large infinity pool, 10 person Jacuzzi, dining palapa, barbeque,
rotisserie and wet bar. The pool is bookmarked by two fountains and fire
pits that provide warm atmosphere. Speakers located on the pool terrace
connect to the whole house sound system. With plenty of comfortable outdoor
seating and lounges, you can relax and enjoy spectacular views of the ocean,
Los Arcos rock formations and the mountains that frame beautiful the
beautiful Bay of Banderas Bay. Spot whales and other marine species from the
balconies and pool terrace.

Tourists began flocking to this
tropical seaside paradise in the late 19th Century. However, it took a movie
starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, John Huston's Night of the
Iguana in the middle of the 20th Century to open up Puerto Vallarta to the
rest of the world. Burton and Taylor owned two homes in the Gringo Gulch
