This is a Luxury Villa in the El Paraiso district of the
Costa Del Sol. It is situated next to the El Paraiso Golfing hotel and a
Chinese Medical Centre and therefore is suitable for golfing or relaxing
holidays. The Villa is on 5000m of ground, which includes a beautiful
swimming pool with mermaid motif which is suitable for children. The pool
has it's own shower and toilet facilities as well as electricity and a
fridge. The Villa itself has two Master Bedrooms both with en-suites and
one with its own private water garden and dressing room. There are a
further 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms making the villa ideal for two
families. As well as a spacious living room there is also a fully equipped
games room with Snooker and Black Jack tables. Also there is a live in
House Keeper who will make you Breakfast every morning and at an extra
cost will do your washing and make you gourmet dinners.
The Villa is close to several restaurants, including
Chinese, Indian, Italian, Fish and Chips and Japanese. There are several
golf courses and tennis courts in the surrounding areas and the beach is a
5 minute drive.
