This unique Villa has been designed by its
Swedish architect and owner. The extremely spacious and open plan design
offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday and is reflected by comments in the
guest book of recent visitors. Backing onto the classic golf course called
The Old Course redesigned in 1997 the gardens have many trees including
mature orange and lemon. The Marina, shops, and town are a short distance
away by car and approximately 15 minutes walk. Gates lead to the driveway
and ample parking area. The shaped pool has a diving board and a shower
nearby.
From the hallway there are glass doors
leading to the Atrium/internal courtyard.
The extra large lounge with open plan kitchen leads out to the patio and
pool area. There is an open fireplace, TV and cassette radio. All the
accommodation is ground level and is furnished in Swedish style. There are
one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a shared shower room. A large
bedroom with double and a single bed with bathroom en-suite. There is a
bright studio/ second lounge overlooking the gardens and courtyard. The
villa also provides a built in barbecue, hammock and ample outdoor
furniture. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
