the year 2000, the property has 4.500 mē, about 3.500 mē the garden only,
large and comfortable living areas.
The ground floor has two large
living-rooms with open fireplace. A modern fully equipped kitchen (Viking)
with dining-area and a cool room. An extra dinning-room with a large dining
table. Five double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. All bedrooms are
equipped with telephone, TV, internet access and have en suite bathrooms. 4
Bedrooms are with safe box. Some are facing the sea. The villa has a fully
equipped laundry.
On the first floor is the very
large master bedroom with two queen-size beds and bathrooms en suite, 200 mē
furnished terrace. Spectacular views along the
coast and to the sea from master bedroom, terrace and garden. The villa has
a roof terrace from where the view is best.
