7 bedroom. Spanish style villa located just a few minutes from the beach.

The villa is able to accommodate 14 persons. It offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, guest toilet, kitchen, lounge and dinning area, all set out in three levels with a large range of facilities which are expressed hereby.  It also offers a garage although you are able to park on the outside street of the house, since as stated it is a quiet and residential area
Ground floor with kitchen, lounge, dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. First floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Last bedroom located on the second floor which has no air conditioning or bathroom.
You access the villa through a passage to a covered area which gives way to the inside of the villa and communicates with the garden, pool and BBQ area. From the covered entrance, you access the garden area with a pool of 6´5 x 4 metres with independent outside shower.  The garden area has 10 sun beds in which you can enjoy a relaxing morning or afternoon.

The garden area also offers a covered porch, with two tables, chairs and surrounded by sitting brick built area, next to the BBQ with sink.

As you enter the villa and on the ground floor, you may find the dinning area with a round table, suitable for six persons and lounge with chimney, separating both areas by four comfortable sofas. 

The main lounge offers a 28” TV and DVD player. Under the stair case in the entrance we find a guest toilet and on the right hand side the main kitchen, which also offers a dinning area which accommodates 6 persons.  The kitchen if fully equipped with deep-fat fryer, glass top hob and oven.  

   Also available are microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee machine and other small electric appliances to make guests feel more at home. Next to the kitchen and also on the ground floor, we have one of the double rooms of the house, with fitted wardrobe, decorated with wooden bedside tables, iron headboard and lace curtains.  This double room enjoys an en-suite bathroom.

       Also on the ground floor of the villa and next to the main kitchen, we have an apartment.  Although it is fully incorporated to the villa, it is able to be closed if wished and therefore separated from the house, since it enjoys an independent street entrance if needed.

    This attached apartment offers, a small living and dinning area to accommodate 4 persons, as well as a small fully equipped kitchen. This apartment, offers two bedrooms; a double room and another bedroom with twin beds from which you access a small private patio with a table and 4 chairs. Both rooms offer fitted wardrobes and are separated by a bathroom with is shared by both the rooms.

On the 1st floor of the house, you will find three en-suite bedrooms.

       The 1st Bedroom, offers; double bed, dressing room and shower room.  The bedroom has big windows facing south and overlooking the entrance of the house.  From this room, you access the terrace from which you may enjoy the views of the mountain.

     The 2nd bedroom offers; twin beds, fitted wardrobe and shower room. This bedroom has two big windows heading East and North, overlooking the swimming pool

The 3rd bedroom offers; a double bed, dressing room and shower room.  From this bedroom, you are also able to access the terrace with mountain views.

   See bellow, site of the 1st floor terrace which offers views of the mountain, as well as, a view pf two of the above rooms, which have access to this mentioned terrace.

From this terrace you also access the rounded outside stairs which takes you to the third level of the villa.

       In the terrace of the 1st floor, you find the stairs shown bellow, which access the third level of the villa.  As you reach the top of the stairs you find a big terrace with lovely views and in which the 7th bedroom of the villa is situated.

    The 7th Bedroom offers; twin beds and wardrobe, as well as windows with views to  the North, South, East and West.  The views from here are exceptional,  from both the inside of the room and the terrace, from which can also have a general view of the garden area of the villa.
