Luxurious villa between Marbella
& Estepona. The villa has 450 m2 constructed on a plot of land of 900 m2
and only 10 minutes from the famous “Puerto Banús”. Puerto Banús” is a is a
port, where you will find the most luxurious boats and yachts, as well as
the most exclusive boutiques, restaurants and shops all open until late at
night.
The villa is situated in a
residential area at only one minute from all kind of services, such as bars,
restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, etc… and only five minutes by car to
the beach and to the best golf courses of the “Costa del Sol” which is also
known as the “Costa del Golf”.
MAIN ENTRANCE:
The Villa offers accommodation for
between 14 & 16 persons, distributed as; 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 3
spacious bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the lower groundfloor,
which is the swimming pool and garden level, there is also a sofa bed in the
second lounge of the villa.
HALL:
Once you pass the main entrance from
the street to the garden, you can find the main entrance to the villa. The
magnificent wooden door gives way to a large and luxurious hall. From
the main hall, you access the entrance to the main lounge and dinning room
and to the sides with the kitchen and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as
well as a guest toilet and the stairs which take you to the first floor of
the villa and to the lower ground floor, which is really garden and swimming
pool level.
The villa offers, central alarm
system and central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. All the
floors of the bathrooms are heated if wanted and the bathrooms mirrors have
a system in which if they are switched on, they do not get steamed when
using the shower. The villa also offers electric blinds in all windows.
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM:
On the ground floor of the villa and
just next to the guest toilet, you find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
This bedroom offers twin beds which can be put together or separated as
preferred. The size of each bed is 90 X 190 cm, for which together make a
bed size 180 x 190. This bedroom also offers a fitted 4 door wardrobe and a
balcony with views to part of the garden and surrounding areas.
The en-suite bathroom of the above
bedroom is situated in the entrance of the bedroom and offers toilet, bidet,
basin and shower. The bathroom has heated floor and heated mirror when
requested (the heated mirror stops the same from being steamed when using
the shower).
MAIN LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM:
From the main entrance we access the
main lounge and dinning area, where you can find and “L” shaped sofa, 2
armchairs, panoramic TV, DVD and music set, chimney and the dinning area
with offers the dinning table and six chairs.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen of the villa can be
accessed by both the main entrance and the dinning area. From the kitchen
you enjoy direct views to the swimming pool and can access the porch, where
you can enjoy endless hours of leisured lunches or evening drinks.
The kitchen offers; glass hob top,
oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and all type of small
electrical appliances to make the stay of guests as pleasant and easy as
possible. The kitchen will obviously be equipped with delph and cutlery for
the amount of people for which the villa is prepared to accommodate.
As stated
previously, from the kitchen and porch you can enjoy, views of the garden
and swimming pool.
From the hall, we access the
magnificent staircase which gives way to the first floor of the villa.
FIRST FLOOR MAIN BEDROOM:
As we
reach the top of the stairs, we find the main bedroom of the villa which
offers en-suite bathroom.
The main bedroom,
offers a double bed, size 150 X 200 m., and on top of the same, you find a
lovely CUPULA with decorated glass and ambience lighting.
The bedroom is decorated with
antique style furniture “Louis XV” and offers views of the pool and garden,
as well as a wide terrace with general views of the area. This bedroom also
offers a flat screen TV and DVD fitted on the wall.
The en-suite bathroom of the main
bedroom, offers independent shower and a Jacuzzi, as well as, toilet, bidet
and two washing basins of which the taps have opening senses. The bathroom
has heated floor and heated mirror when requested (the heated mirror stops
the same from being steamed when using the shower).
SECOND BEDROOM ON FIRST FLOOR:
The next bedroom we can find on
the 1st floor, is a twin bed bedroom, with beds size 190 X 90 cm. From the
entrance you have a view of the passage and the hall.
This bedroom also offers, fitted
wardrobes and a terrace with views to the garden and a general view of the
area.
FAMILY BATHROOM ON FIRST
FLOOR:
This last stated bedroom and the one
we shall take next, share the bathroom shown bellow, which offers
independent shower, bath, toilet and washing basin. The bathroom has heated
floor and heated mirror when requested (the heated mirror stops the same
from being steamed when using the shower).
THIRD BEDROOM ON FIRST FLOOR:
This third bedroom offers, twin
beds and fitted wardrobes as the previous bedroom, as well as a terrace with
views
LOWER
GROUND FLOOR:
From the entrance Hall, we can
also go down to the lower ground floor of the villa which is also ground
floor level since the garden is situated in two different levels for which
the lower ground floor opens to the garden.
At the end of the stair case on
the left we can find the second lounge of the villa, which offers a sofa bed
(double), as well as, TV and DVD. The garage is situated just in front and
the other 3 bedrooms are situated to the right, all independent and offering
security doors.

1ST BEDROOM IN
BASEMENT:
The 1st bedroom
of the basement offers twin beds, size 90 X 190, with metallic engraved
headboards, as well as fitted wardrobes.
Next to this bedroom we can find
the bathroom which is shared with the following bedroom stated.
The shared
bathroom offers, bath with a shower unit, toilet, bidet and washing basin.
2nd BEDROOM IN BASEMENT:
The 2nd bedroom of the
basement offers twin beds, size 90 X 190, with wooden headboards, painted in
white with matching bureau and table. As shown it has fitted wardrobes and a
large crystal door which gives way to the garden (bottom level).
3RD BEDROOM IN
BASEMENT:
The 3rd
and last bedroom of the basement offers twin beds, size 90 X 190, with
leather headboards, also offering a TV and en-suite bathroom shown bellow.

bedroom offers, bath with shower unit, toilet, bidet and washing basin.
SECOND LOUNGE OF VILLA:
As stated previously, as we go
down the stairs to the basement and to the right we can find the second
lounge of the villa, which offers, flat screen TV and DVD and a double sofa
bed.
GARAGE:
The large garage is also in the
basement as stated previously and shall offer a tennis table.
TERRACE:
Going back to the main lounge of
the villa situated on the ground floor, from which you can access the
terrace overlooking the pool and garden and decorated with a teak wooden
table and chairs, as well as a low table and puffs.
SWIMMING POOL & GARDEN:
The swimming pool
has a kidney shape and can be accessed from the terrace. In the garage you
can find the sun beds.
