Bay. Fully air-conditioned with contemporary island decor and designer

to heads of state. The upper entry level opens to two spacious and
lavishly-furnished king bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom,
indoor and outdoor showers, and an alcove with sofa beds perfect for small
children.
A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen,
cathedral ceilings, formal dining area, sumptuous living area, and an
open-air breakfast nook. The third bedroom (a queen), and its adjoining
sitting room, open to a terrace which leads down a short flight of stairs
to the expansive, newly-renovated pool level and its three spacious
suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area. An open-air
sitting/game room may be converted into a seventh bedroom, if desired; a
double bed can be set up there with your advance request. The entire pool
level can function as a living area separate from the main villa above,
which works very well for families with small children, for guests who
require assistance, or for those who seek absolute privacy. The new pool
area includes a sun deck, pool, hot tub, gazebo and a large alfresco
dining area equipped with a professional gas grill and sink. Approximately
35 feet below the pool area, stairs cascade down to the magnificent beach
outfitted with a fresh-water outdoor shower for rinsing off. Whether
you're into snorkeling, beachcombing, or just dangling your feet in the
warm Caribbean waters, Sand Dollar is the luxury vacation of a lifetime.
Surround yourself with the best of nature as you watch pelicans dive and
stingrays vacuum the ocean's floor. Very secluded, and secure with an

-Just next door is LITTLE SAND DOLLAR, a new 1,400 square foot stone
cottage with a stairway down to its own private white sand beach, apart
from Sand Dollar's white sand pocket beach. It's fully air-conditioned and
offers a well-equipped kitchen, a garden bathroom and a covered balcony
overlooking Magens Bay. Originally designed as an artist's studio, Little
Sand Dollar is perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family.

Sand Dollar's main level only (not the pool-level suites.
-PRESIDENTIAL CLAUSE:
In deference to The President and to past presidents, the renter agrees
to accept alternative accommodations at the expense of the Sand Dollar
Villa in case of a Presidential visit.
