Located in historic Soldiers' Bay on the north coast of Antigua, is the
Blue Waters Hotel newest development, Rock Cottage. This spectacular
property is nestled in the farthest corner of the bay, perched on a rocky
outcrop and enjoys 270 degree ocean views.
Recently refurbished to the highest of standards, Blue Waters Hotel is
one of Antigua's longest established resorts. It is situated on 14 acres
of lush gardens bordering the Caribbean Sea. Rock Cottage is a two minute
walk from the main hotel.
Luxuriously appointed, the bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, and
look out to the outstanding ocean views. There is also a large open-plan
living/dining area surrounded by spacious terraces, where meals can be
enjoyed outdoors. The villa has its own private plunge pool and jacuzzi
where one can relax or, alternatively, lie on the white sands on the
nearby secluded beach.
Rock Cottage also offers guests breakfast served every morning in the
villa, satellite TV and DVD player with a selection of films, CD player,
CD library and library of books, selection of board games and modem point.
Villa guests can enjoy all the facilities available within Blue Waters
Resort, including non-motorised water sports, tennis, three bars, three
swimming pools, jacuzzi and the full use of the Palm al Fresco and Vyviens
à la carte restaurants. There is also a 24ft power boat and skipper (48
hours notice required) available at extra charge.
In addition, the property will also accept up to three children under
11 years, in rollaway beds, at no extra charge. This is only applicable to
guests taking the house at the full 9 person rate.

air-conditioning. Opens to terraces with sea views.
Separate Wing
2 king-size bedrooms (one of which can be converted to a twin), each
with en-suite shower room with double shower, vanity basin, WC and bidet.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning, and
each has its own large balcony with sea views. TV, direct dial telephone,
modem point, hair dryers, mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities
are also included. Smaller queen-size bedroom with en-suite shower room.
October 2004 brought the addition of a fabulous third swimming pool
with appended Jacuzzi. Overlooking the Caribbean on what was the Sundeck,
the pool is a fantastic facility, complete with new bar, sundecks and
loungers to make the most of its prime location and to provide the most
relaxing pool-side experience possible.
STAFF
Housekeeper to take care of daily chores, and maid to shop if guests
wish. Full time cook and waiter/waitress (cost of food and drink is
extra).
