shore; there are 4 houses on the Estate, Managers house, Sugars Fancy
(owners place), Mango House and Recovery Welcome.
Recovery Welcome is only 10 minutes away from Christiansted where
restaurants and shopping are located.
Recovery Welcome is 11.000 square feet under roof and has another 5000
square feet of deck; it has 7 bedrooms in 2 levels. 3 bedrooms are located
on upper level, Master bedroom (king-size bed) Cactus room (Queen size
Bed) and Tower room (Queen size bed) each room has it's own toilet and
bath all rooms have air condition, cable TV and phone with it's own Ext.
and voicemail. On the upper level is also located an indoor pool 12'x32' -
5' deep - bar and TV area - living room (in Living room is a computer with
high speed internet access and wireless internet hookups) - dining room
and kitchen.
Upper level deck consists of outdoor pool 16'x32'- 5'-10' deep. There
is also a sail that cover part of the deck next to the pool.

Lower deck has a sail that cover part of the deck, there is also a hot
tub located there, all deck have there own speaker system that can be
operated from Living room.
Recovery Welcome also has access to a fully equipped Gym (800 square
feet) and tennis court,

Sugars Fancy’s 7,800 sq. ft. are very private and elegant. The moment
you enter, you’ll be enchanted with the beautifully-designed floor plan
and its inviting interiors. Elegant and superbly equipped but ultimately
comfortable and relaxing, the villa sits on its own hilltop with
breathtaking views of Christiansted, the north shore and the British
Virgin Islands. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden and specimen
palms.
The villa consists of three large, air conditioned bedrooms each with
its own bathroom, TV and personal telephone extension. A large, open
gourmet kitchen leads to an open area consisting of the dining room and
living room. There is also an exterior powder room.
Outside is a 1,400 sq. ft. split-level deck. The dining deck
dramatically juts out from the house and overlooks Christiansted and the
and the north shore. In addition, there is several covered sitting areas
as well as an extensive pool-side deck. Relax in the 6 foot deep Jacuzzi
after doing laps in the 25 meter two lane lap pool.
Mango House, consisting of 2,800 sq.ft. is located between Recovery
Welcome and Sugars Fancy. The villa is an architectural showplace
constructed with several different exotic woods. The villa has an open
design with 20 ft. high ceiling in living room.
The villa consists of three large uniquely decorated bedrooms with
central air conditioning, each bedroom with its own bathroom, TV and
personal telephone extension.
Located on the entry level is one bedroom suite, a large living room
with a concert Grand Steinway piano, powder room and an eat-in kitchen.
The upper level consists of two loft-like bedroom suites (open to
ceiling in living room). One of the suites has its own private balcony
over looking St Croix’s east end.
Outside is a 1,000 sq. ft. deck with a pool and a covered dining area.
