Palatial Villa in Andalucian
style built around a central courtyard. 1350 m2 build on a 6000 m2 plot.
Mainly on one level with separate guest pavilion in the large landscaped
gardens and with a private swimming pool. The Villa has air conditioning,
underfloor heating and marble floors.
As you walk through the front
door you are struck by the wide marble halls surrounding the central
courtyard. To your left is a bedroom wing containing 5 spacious bedrooms,
all of which are a good size and have spacious wardrobe space, 3 have
en-suite bathrooms and 2 share a bathroom. As one would expect, the master
bedroom is very spacious and has a open fireplace, breakfast table and
French doors leading to a private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a solid
marble bath, bronze wash hand basins and oozes luxury.
You then approach the imposing
lounge area with it's vaulted ceiling, magnificent fireplace, marble floors,
various pieces of artwork and even a bespoke backgammon table. From here you
have stunning views over the gardens and pool to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and
Africa in the distance.
At one end of the lounge is the
dining area with circular table and nine chairs, chandelier and domed
ceiling. This also has access to one of the numerous terraces with another
table for alfresco dining and circular semi-seating area. Wide central steps
lead you through the garden to the heated pool and gazebo. The right hand
wing house the large kitchen, live in servants quarters and another guest
suite. The separate garden pavilion has 2 bedrooms both of which have
en-suite facilities.
The accommodation can be used
as a private residence, business purposes, weddings, receptions and parties.
Daily cleaning is included however extra staff including chefs, butlers and
chauffeurs can be arranged at extra cost. Entertainment of your choice can
be arranged on your behalf to add flavour to any special occasion.
Sierra Blanca is situated
between Puerto Banus and Marbella in the foothills of the mountains and is
one the most exclusive and affluent areas of Marbella. Puerto Banus is a
short 5 minute drive away and Marbella just a minute or two further.
In our opinion this Villa is an
experience in its own right as well as a being a holiday residence and a
must for any discerning traveler.
