mellow and relaxing vacation spot. It is located off the main highway
(north) from the airport, just past the town of Bucerias. The townhouse is
arranged in a two story, studio type floor plan, with two bedrooms and one
bathroom upstairs, full kitchen, combined living/dining room area, and one
bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms have ocean views and open onto a balcony.
This unit has one king and one queen bed, and downstairs a futon/sofa in the
living room. The kitchen is fully- equipped, including stove, refrigerator,
coffeemaker, blender, microwave oven, etc., also a bar/counter near the sink
for racks and beverages. The living rooms open directly onto a private
beach-facing patio, with a step down to a waterfront yard and private
swimming pool.
