This is a beautiful villa built from coral stone with cool green shutters and detailing. It is situated on its own knoll high in Cap Estate and enjoys 360 degree views. Part of the house faces the Atlantic coast and so is very cool and breezy.

Main House: The house has been interior decorated professionally to a very high standard and has been used for many fashion photography shoots. The house is very much a part of the landscape with many open areas which lead directly into the garden.

The villa consists of the following:

Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds in each room) and a single bedroom (1 twin bed), with two bathrooms (a tub in each). Casual sitting games area with Cable Vision TV.

Downstairs: guest wing with a double bed and en suite bathroom (a tub), Master bedroom with King-size bed and en suite bathroom (a shower with glass windows). Four of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a large sitting room and separate dining room. Guests can enjoy relaxing in a series of terraces – both open air or covered and some with spectacular coast to coast views.

There are over 2 acres of fully landscaped, fenced garden and full size swimming pool with its gazebo.

Household pets - A cat and two dogs, which can be kept in a fenced area if the clients prefer.

Resident staff – Ivy and Marius and additional daily maid service, from 8:30am to 3:30pm; day off on Sundays. Gardener and general maintenance Monday to Friday.

Mobile security from 7pm to 6am.
