Camojan Blanco is one of the most delightful developments in fashionable Marbella. Superbly situated 190 metres above sea level, our home has panoramic views of the sea and coastline, Marbella and the mountains of the Sierra Blanca. A peaceful residential area yet within Marbella's famous 'Golden Mile' and just a few minutes from the town centre and the sea. Perfectly located for Golf enthusiasts.

Camojan Blanco is a second home and has been furnished to an extremely high standard. There are four bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and one with ensuite shower room. All the bathrooms are marble tiled. There is air-conditioning/heating and marble floors throughout.

Further details: The house is a second home and very well equipped. There is air-conditioning and heating throughout. There are three large terraces and a private garden. There are sun loungers on the terraces and for use by the pool. (The swimming pool is communal but extremely quiet, even in August, most of the time you will find yourself the only one there!) As well as the dining area there are additional dining facilities for 8 on the ground floor terrace. There is also a barbecue. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite marble bathroom with a large round bath, shower, bidet, toilet & twin basins. There are two twin bedded rooms both with en-suite marble bathrooms incorporating bath/shower, bidet, toilet & basin . The fourth bedroom is smaller and has full size bunk beds, with en-suite guest toilet/shower room. It is more suitable for children, teenagers or a Nanny. The entire house is furnished with marble floors. Accessories include CD stereo system, audio tapes, hairdryer, books and a fully equipped kitchen. It is just like home.....everything you might need down to buckets and spades!
