Your Booking.

Apartment Occupancy

 

 

 

The signed booking form must be accompanied by the deposit (unless already received by Bank Transfer). The contract is binding only when the Agent issue their written confirmation and account. The balance of the holiday price must be paid six weeks prior to arrival date or at the time of booking if within six weeks. Clients who do not pay the invoice at the due time are liable to have their booking cancelled and appropriate cancellation charges levied.

 

 

 

The rental properties are reserved only for people named on the booking form. Extra people are allowed only with the Agents written permission. Pets/animals are not allowed. If extra person are discovered during the rental period the breakage deposit will be forfeited.

Amendments By You

Inventory Deposit
  If, after the Agents has dispatched written confirmation of your booking you wish to alter any of the arrangements made, the owners will do their best to accommodate your wishes and a charge of 20E to 80E person may be made, depending on charges made to us. A change of departure date made within four weeks of the originally booked arrivals date may be treated as a cancellation of your booking and the appropriate cancellation charges will apply,   All the properties have a breakage’s deposit, the value of which will be shown on the booking form and will be included on your confirmation invoice and payable with your balance. This amount will be refunded to you within two weeks of your return date, subject to damage deductions, if any. Any cleaning/laundry charges over the allocated charge (available on request) will also be payable. Any damage to the building or contents over the amount held as a damage deposit will be payable and by signing the contract you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation By You

Telephone
  All cancellations must be made by the person who signed the booking form, in writing by recorded delivery, registered post, fax or e-mail, to the Agents and shall take effect upon the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation by the Agent.   Most properties do not have a telephone available and we would advise you to take a mobile phone. Before you travel speak to your network provider to remove any international bar codes. Where a telephone is connected it will be by way of a meter and telephone usage will be charged

Cancellation Charges

Satellite TV
  If you have to cancel your booking, you will be charged in accordance with the following scale:-Outside 28 days of arrivals date. Loss of Deposit. Between 27 days and 14 days 50% Charge Between 13 days and 7 days 70% Charge Between 6 days and arrivals date 100 % Charge   Where satellite TV is installed we cannot guarantee access to all channels as Sky/ITV digital decoders cards are not legally available in Spain. Check property description.

Price Guarantee

Occupancy
  The Owners guarantee that no matter what happens to exchange rates, the basic price of your accommodation will not be increased. Only government action such as an increase in the rate of VAT can alter this.  

The apartment will be ready for occupation at 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. You will be met at the apartment at a pre- determined time by one of our representatives. Arrivals after 22:00 will attract a surcharge of 30 payable locally

Keys
  All information on the web site has been compiled from up to date details and we have taken care to ensure that it is accurate. There may however be occasions when a mentioned facility is either modified or not available. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, necessity for maintenance, water shortages, unsuitable weather conditions, fuel shortages, power cuts and other circumstances beyond our control, if we are advised of this, we will of course inform you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable in such circumstances. It is important to remember that some facilities may not operate at all times of the year. We do not guarantee that the furniture featured in the property photographs will actually be in the property as these items are subject to renewal..

 

  Lost keys will be charged at 70€ per set. You will be given two sets of keys but a additional sets can be made available if pre-requested. A charge of 30€ will be made for arrivals between 23:00 and 08:00 and payable locally.
